The 20 mm gap is used for floor cleaning and washing and to separate the dry from the wet areas. It also allows easy cleaning inside the channel. For additional strength and support, 20 mm brackets of stainless steel rod Φ 10 mm per 600 mm are used. Manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304 for increased corrosion resistance. The thickness of the stainless steel sheet is 1.5 mm. For anchoring in the floor, 2 mm thick stainless steel sheets are used. They are usually constructed with a gradient of 0.6% (6 mm per meter in length). The unit pieces have a length of 6 meters and their total length with continuous slope can reach 24 meters.
Channels with different slopes can be constructed on request. Stainless steel sheets, connection flanges and silicone seals are all cut with Laser technology. The screws are included in the offer per meter in length and are also stainless.
